Justin Hubner is delighted being Wolves U21 captain this season.

The Dutchman admits the offer came as a surprise.

He told the club's website: “I was a little bit surprised at the first game when James gave me the captain's armband.

“I'm really happy to wear the armband and it's really special for me to wear it. I try and help the team and lead the team now. it's really good.

“It's different than before because now I'm responsible for a lot of things and you need to lead the team and stand up for the team.

“It's something I really like and hopefully I can get more games with the captain's armband.

“I need to be more of a leader now than I was before and I need to lead the team and help the team with everything. It's really special for me to wear it."
