The Portuguese will be in charge for tonight's first-leg of their Europa League qualifier and Toro have complained given the heavy Portuguese presence at Wolves.

But Nuno says: "We are representing Wolverhampton, we are an English club. The native language is English, in practice and games we only speak English. I don't see any problem with that.

"But after the game I can speak better about what I think about it, I don't often talk about the referees before the match because it's creating unnecessary pressure."

Cutrone admits he feared his development would stall at Milan.

"My first impressions have been brilliant," he told Gazzetta dello Sport. "I was received very well and I have already adapted. I don't like staying in hotels so I've found a house where my best friend keeps me company."

Cutrone also had a dig at his former employer.

"It's always the same story: foreigners are preferred to us. For us at the age of 20, it is difficult, but anyway I want to emphasise something: I will always be grateful to Milan for what they gave me."

The Toffees finished eighth for the second consecutive season last term.

Richards told BBC Radio 5 Live: I think the difficulty for Wolves this season is going to be the Europa League. They will be playing a lot of Sunday's then Thursday's and it'll be a lot of travelling. But I think they have been amazing.

With the players, they have got, I think they want to be doing similar to what Everton are doing.

They played the likes of Jota and Neves in the Championship, they were miles apart. Easily the best players in the Championship. They feel at home in the Premier League. I think there will be there or thereabouts, similar to Everton.

Toro host Wolves in the first leg of their Europa League playoff on Thursday night.

I'm convinced Toro's spirit will come out. I want a team who never give up, who always stick together," said Mazzarri.

Regardless of how it goes, these six games will help the development of our players and squad.

All of this will certainly be positive for the growth of our squad, including the negatives. That's already the case.

We'd be disappointed if we went out, but we'd have to be like Atalanta: they were disappointed about going out and there was a psychological backlash, but then they finished fourth.

It's clear that you can react to going out in so many ways. We'll certainly have the strength to react, get back on track and have a great campaign as it's in our locker. We'll also try to go all the way in the Coppa Italia."

He added: Wolves certainly need no introduction as they stopped Manchester United, who are one of the best teams in the world.

They picked up a similar number of points to us and finished in the same position as us.

Moreover, like us, they've kept their backbone of last season and made some important signings, who are slowly being integrated into a very organised team."

The Wolves boss, his coaching staff and seven members of the squad are from Portugal, prompting the Italian media to claim their connection could affect the result.

Speaking ahead of Thursday's first-leg in Turin, Nuno said: "There's no issue here, come on. Our native language here is English, everyone speaks English to each other.

"Before the game, we never speak about the referee, I think it's the best way for him to referee normally and not create any pressure.

"Normal game, good referee, good teams. Let's play."

Giggs believes the 23-year-old has what it takes to go to the next level if he can remain consistent with his performances.

I've worked with him and he can do it," Giggs told Premier League Productions.

He is strong, and he can hold up the ball, proper centre-forward play. Balls into the channel, chesting it down, holding it up and laying it off and getting in the box, I think there's a lot of promise there.

He has to do it now for 90 minutes. If I was Ole Gunnar Solskjaer watching that, I'd be very pleased with his overall performance."

Martial scored United's only goal in the 1-1 draw against Wolves at Molineux on Monday night and the Wales manager was impressed with the skill shown by the attacker.

"It was a great goal," Giggs said. Of course you look at goals, what could you have done better defensively, but you've just got to look at the goal and think: 'Well done, great strike.' There's not many players that can do that."

And he told Sky Italia: "It is great to play in these stadiums for these fans. There is a beautiful climate that makes you feel at home. I've been here for just three weeks, everything is new to me and I have to settle in.

"I have already played the Europa League with Milan, so I was more excited for the premiere at home in the Premier League.

"Thanks to Milan for what I am and I will always be a fan of them, but in football I have to make choices.

"Goals? Do the best possible. On a personal level it is to help the team with goals and assists."

The Spaniard earned praise from Wolves boss Nuno after coming on as a right wing-back in Monday's draw with Manchester United.

Speaking after the game, Traore said: "We've been working on a new position for me, I'm working every day and I think if I can adapt any position, winger, wing-back or striker sometimes, I'll do my best.

"I'm working every day to be the best I can be.

"After that it's the decision of the gaffer (if I start). My mentality is to work every day.

"I tried (to do) what the gaffer said to me, speed, dribbling and I have to defend as well. I'm working every day and I have to keep going."

Nuno's side were outplayed in the first-half but clawed themselves back to secure a 1-1 draw.

"It is important to have that type of grit and bite," Coady said.

"We found it tough first half to get out, they pressed us really high and really fast.

"I thought they came with an intent to do that and they played well.

"But the manager spoke at half-time fantastically well like always and showed us a few other things we needed to do.

"We managed to get to grips in the second half. We pressed them a little bit higher and kept the line a little bit higher.

"We managed to play out past the press a little bit better as well.

"That was something we needed to do because when you have a team like Manchester United coming here you have to get to grips with them as soon as possible.

"I think it was important we went in not conceding two at half-time which made us stick in there.

"Second half I thought we were brilliant, especially at the start."

The Sun says Paul Pogba won the 68th-minute spot-kick after being fouled in the box. Both he and Marcus Rashford wanted to take it, before the French World Cup winner got his way.

But Pogba saw his effort saved by Rui Patricio, costing United dear as they looked for a second straight win.

Publicly Solskjaer did not criticise the pair, saying they were both designated penalty takers.

It was a different matter behind the scenes and now Pogba who has missed four of his last nine penalties has been taken off spot-kick duties.

Pogba, 26, was visibly frustrated at the end of the game and apologised to his team-mates in the Molineux dressing room.
