Aston Villa are said to have finally set a price tag for Leander Dendoncker.
The 28-year-old signed last September from Wolves for a significant fee, but has not impressed.
Per French outlet Foot Mercato, Villa boss Unai Emery does not envision using Dendoncker much next season.
The club will look to recoup anywhere from €10 million and €12 million from the sale.
Dendoncker is happy to leave for regular first team football, while Villa can use the funds on other signings.
The source adds that several Ligue 1 teams are interested, such as Rennes, Lyon, and Nice.
