The club legend is heading back to Scotland for his next role as Inverness Caledoninan Thistle's head coach.

The Toffees legend, per Sky Sports News, believes that he can have a huge influence at the club.

The 51-year-old has been in coaching for the past few years, serving as Everton interim boss on two occasions.

He most recently took charge of Forest Green Rovers, but did not last long in the post.

Ferguson will be hoping that he has better luck exerting his influence at Caledonian.
