Everton are demanding Lyon release Jake O'Brien to them.

L'Equipe says Everton are willing to end the loan of Arnaut Danjuma so the Villarreal winger can sign for OL.

However, Everton are insisting OL sell them O'Brien before agreeing to the deal.

OL are reluctant to do business as the Irishman has been their best performing defender this season.

O'Brien signed for OL from Crystal Palace, which are both owned by John Textor.
