Brighton fullback Joel Veltman is a target for Roma coach Jose Mourinho.

Sky Sports says Roma and Sevilla are chasing a deal for the Holland international this summer.

Veltman completed a second season with Brighton after joining from Ajax.

The defender has a year to run on his contract, though the Seagulls have the option to extend that by 12 months.

Both Roma and Sevilla are attracted by Veltman's versatility, knowing he can also play at centre-half.
