Brighton boss Roberto de Zerbi is delighted with the progress of Jan Paul van Hecke.

De Zerbi has likened the young stopper to captain Lewis Dunk.

“I would like Facundo to observe Adam Lallana because he can be [like him]. They're different in terms of characteristics, but the position is very close.
