Brighton attacker Alexis Mac Allister is confident he can maintain his motivation levels this season.
The Argentina midfielder has returned to England after winning the World Cup.
He admitted: “When it comes to confidence, one day you can be full of confidence, and then it can disappear. It has to be built every day.
"After winning the World Cup, the first thing I said was: 'Now the hardest part of football begins'.
"We won the World Cup and that was the hardest thing for us and now we need something else to get motivated.
"But I like to play football. Of course, I want to win trophies, but that's not the most important thing. The most important thing for me is to be on the field every weekend and I really enjoy it. I don't need to motivate myself with something else."
