West Ham attacker Jarrod Bowen is determined to prove himself with England this week.
Bowen recognises he needs to grab his chance.
He said, "Of course, an opportunity to represent your country is anyone's dream but I think when you come here and if you look up at people and think 'they are better than me' then you'll fall.
"You need to stand tall, shoulders back and take on the challenge that's in front of you.
“I think that's what the manager wants, he wants competition for places and that hunger. I feel like I've got that and I want to rise to the challenges that are here to start or get minutes off the bench as well. I think this is a really, really big opportunity for me."
