Levante have suffered a blow after a knee injury to Shkodran Mustafi.

The former Arsenal defender joined Levante as a free agent earlier this season and has impressed at the back for the LaLiga outfit.

Mustafi broke down against Espanyol on the weekend and club medics expect him to be sidelined for three months. He underwent a scan on Sunday.

Mustafi arrived at Levante in September and this season he has played ten games in the LaLiga and one in the Copa del Rey.
