Burnley fullback Charlie Taylor isn't surprised Dwight McNeil is now being recognised by the media.

The midfielder impressed for victory over Cardiff City.

The 19-year-old had a hand in both of Chris Wood's goals as his stock continues to rise, the winger's development one of the highlights of the campaign.

"I've hit it off straight away with him," said Taylor.

"He's a huge talent and someone I've enjoyed playing every minute with.

"I know when I give him the ball I'm going to get it back."
