Brighton boss Roberto de Zerbi insists they deserved more from their 1-1 draw with Fulham.

Joao Palhinha canceled out Brighton's opener scored by Evan Ferguson.

But De Zerbi said: "We dominated the first half and the second half as well. We lost two points for our five minutes in the second half. Before we conceded the goal we were suffering too much. We lost two points. We are disappointed and frustrated by the result.

"For the performance, there was only one team on the pitch and this team was Brighton. we deserved to win. In the first half we played very well. After the goal we conceded we played very well again and very good football.

"We could have created more chances to score, but we shoot 21 times on goal. We can play better in the last 20 metres. We can be better on the last pass and shot. Anyway, we deserved to win for sure."
