Bayern Munich chiefs are rethinking plans for Fulham midfielder Joao Palhinha.
Palhinha passed a Bayern medical on deadline day at the end of August, but the move fell through. The midfielder has since penned a new contract.
It was suggested Palhinha could still be on Bayern's radar for January.
However, BILD says Bayern are rethinking a move due to the original cost of the transfer.
Fulham were willing to accept Bayern's offer of €65m - plus a further €10m in bonuses - which the Germans now consider was overpriced.
