Barcelona are set to send away Julian Araujo at the end of the season.

The Mexico fullback is training with Barca but has been unable to play after his move from LA Galaxy was made minutes after the January deadline.

Sport says Araujo has failed to convince Barca coach Xavi and his staff over the past three months.

As such, Barca will send him away on-loan next season in the hope to accelerate his development.

Araujo remains a long-term option for right-back at Barca, but will still need to convince Xavi of his potential.
