Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has been charged by UEFA with improper conduct.
The French tactician has been hit with the charge from Europe's governing body for inappropriate comments made towards referee Damir Skomina after last night's Champions League win over AC Milan.
The Gunners saluted 3-0 on the night but lost 4-3 on aggregate and Wenger, who confronted the Slovenian match official after the final whistle, was disappointed with the standard of refereeing.
However, his comments could again land him in hot water with a third touchline ban of the season the likely punishment.
After the match, Wenger said: "I was not happy with the referee tonight because I felt he gave many free-kicks in the middle of the park.
"Every time they went down a free-kick was given for them, and they sensed that very quickly and they used it very well.""A disciplinary case has been opened for improper conduct," said a spokesman for UEFA.
