Agent says Minteh calm about Newcastle plans

Newcastle United youngster Yankuba Minteh will be hoping to make an impact at the club next term.

Minteh, who is spending the season on loan at Dutch Eredivisie giants Feyenoord, wants to play first team football.

However, his agent is aware that Newcastle will have a careful plan to integrate him into the first team.

"That's why we chose Newcastle," agent Bakary Bojang stated.

"They want to get young talent and try and develop them, and have a good project."

"Feyenoord is his first priority now because if he does not perform in Feyenoord, he won't be a Newcastle player," Bojang added.

"All his energy is in Feyenoord.

"Yankuba does not think that much about what happens after the summer - he's just enjoying playing. Feyenoord is a big club, a good club. If he does well, he could get the chance to play in the Premier League. That's his dream."
