Kevin Wimmer has stated that he is finally starting to enjoy life at Stoke City following his summer move to the Bet 365 Stadium.

Wimmer endured a difficult start to life at Stoke following his arrival to the club from Tottenham over the summer but after having put in impressive performances against Watford and Leicester City during the last few games, the Austrian international has stated that he is starting to enjoy life at the Bet365 Stadium.

Wimmer said: "It's always difficult when you come new to a club. I started against Manchester United, but after two or three games I got injured and tried to come back as quickly as possible.

"Now I'm feeling fine and week by week you get more confidence, you get to know each other better and better, especially in the defence.

It's always difficult in the Premier League. Every team has their own quality, like against Watford and a totally different test against Leicester. But we always try to help each other and I'm feeling very good in the team. It makes it a lot of fun."
