West Ham are watching St Etienne defender Kévin Malcuit.

ASSE refused to do business, but the Irons intend to try again this summer.

The Sun says West Ham hope an offer of €12 million for Malcuit will be enough for ASSE to sell.

However, French sources say they'll have to go higher to bring St Etienne to the table.
