West Ham United are chasing Blackburn Rovers striker Jordan Rhodes.

The Daily Mirror says Hammers manager Sam Allardyce was interested in a deal to sign Rhodes from Huddersfield last year before Rovers scared off the competition with an £8million bid.

But with the Lancashire side battling relegation from the npower Championship and looking to slash their wage bill, Allardyce has revived his interest.
