West Ham United have opened talks with Sassuolo over Gianluca Scamacca.
The Serie A side want in the region of €50million and West Ham have yet to make a bid.
Scamacca, 23, is under contract until the summer of 2026, but talks over a transfer have commenced, per the Evening Standard.
David Moyes has prioritised the signing of a forward this summer.
The Scotsman is desperate to have competition for Michail Antonio.
Chelsea forward Armando Broja is also being considered by West Ham.
