West Ham chairman Eggert Magnusson has admitted relief after Sheffield United's appeal against relegation was denied yesterday.
Magnusson, who took over the club after the Carlos Tevez and Javier Mascherano deals were done, looked forward to a new season in the Premier League.
Magnusson, who stressed Tevez was still under contract to the club said: "We are happy that the matter is finally closed and all parties can now move on. The arbitration panel's decision is very clear and reflects what we have believed all along."
