West Ham boss David Moyes was happy seeing Gianluca Scamacca score in their Europa Conference League playoff win against Viborg.
Moyes was speaking this morning ahead of Sunday's clash with Brighton.
He said, "I think in time he will have an impact.
"I don't think it is fair to judge him right away. We will bring him into the Premier League gradually but we've seen enough to see he will bring a lot to us.
"We took three pretty good goals out of it. Micky getting a goal, Gianluca too and Jarrod getting back in the goals.
"You can easily slip up in these games, it was a tough one, but we got there in the end."
