West Ham United believe they will be able to keep their technical director, Tim Steidten.
The Hammers are aware that Liverpool and other sides may have an interest in Steidten.
However, he is locked down to a long-term contract and is excited about the Hammers' project.
He has worked at Werder Bremen and Bayer Leverkusen in the past few years.
Steidten is said to be responsible for the signings of Mohammed Kudus and Edson Alvarez.
West Ham are starting to move away from their previous model of going for more expensive, Premier League proven players.
