West Brom join battle for Charlton attacker Ademola Lookman

West Brom have joined the battle for Charlton Athletic attacker Ademola Lookman.

The Sun says Baggies transfer chief Nicky Hammond is on the trail of the whizz-kid, who has caught the eye with his genuine potential despite his club's troubles.

West Brom boss Tony Pulis expects Berahino to leave the club either in January or when his deal runs out in the summer, so the Lookman move is becoming a big issue.

Charlton have already fended off inquiries for Lookman, 19, from the likes of Chelsea and Crystal Palace but West Brom are serious and prepared to invest.
