Valencia defender Dimitri Foulquier says the players enjoy the management of coach Rino Gattuso.

Foulquier admits Gattuso wants a "warrior-type" spirit from his players.

Gattuso said, “Winning is what the gaffer wants. We all know his mentality; he tries to instill a warrior-like mentality so that we have plenty of confidence at any given moment. Always having confidence and doing what we do in training and in many spells of the games.

“It's very important to have that mentality to continue in the same vein in every game. If we do that, we'll pick up many points along the way. We've had very good first-half performances, but not in the second".

“We're working to be consistent throughout the entire game. It's true that the results are important but we have to see the improvement. the team have understood that and we'll try to put it into practice on Sunday."
