Manchester City football chief Txiki Begiristain has hailed the culture running the club.

City were confirmed Premier League champions this week - their fifth league title in ten years.

Begiristain stated, "Everyone is doing their job. We analyse what we need, what we can improve, we go to the market, we ask our amazing network of scouts, we have the manager, his team and we share everything, our thoughts, and we decide… Some work and others not, but in this case (with Ruben Dias) it worked because everything works in this club so that we can build amazing teams, led by an amazing manager who is happy and who is happy thanks to the way we are organised.

"It's consistency in everything - in the style of play, the idea of football, how we play and how the organisation is structured.
