Tottenham youngster Alejo Veliz opened his account for the club against Brighton in the Premier League.

While the London club did not get the result they wanted, losing 4-2 to the Albion, Veliz did get on the scoresheet.

While his goal only made it 4-1, the team did get inspired to fight back and score another before the final whistle.

Post-game, he posted on Instagram: "It wasn't the result we wanted but today is a very important day for me.

“I share this new achievement with my people who are always with me. May it be the first of many more. God's timing is perfect."
