Tottenham and West Ham are both assessing Nottingham Forest playmaker Morgan Gibbs-White.
The attacking midfielder has drawn a lot of attention for his excellent displays this season.
Gibbs-White, who cost Forest up to £42 million, is not available for sale at present.
However, talkSPORT states that should Forest market Gibbs-White, West Ham and Spurs will jump in to bid.
The City Ground club do have financial issues pertaining to the Premier League's PSR rules.
Selling Gibbs-White in the summer, much like they sold Brennan Johnson to Spurs, may be necessary.
