Tottenham are prepared to sell Andros Townsend to Southampton.
The London Evening Standard says Spurs remain willing to let Townsend leave the club if it means they can sign Morgan Schneiderlin from Southampton.
Spurs have turned down offers from Saints for the winger, who is valued at about £8million, and head coach Mauricio Pochettino has said Townsend will not be sold during this transfer window.
But with Spurs expected to make a final attempt to sign midfielder Schneiderlin, 24, before the window closes on Monday, Standard Sport understands that Townsend's long-term future at the club remains uncertain.
