Tottenham are ready to sign permanently on-loan Juventus attacker Dejan Kulusevski.

The London Evening Standard reports Tottenham intend to exercise their option to buy Kulusevski. The Swede has already agreed terms on a long-term contract with Spurs.

Kulusevski said last week: "I have to talk to the club, honestly we haven't had time to do it because it has been very tough in recent months. We have all tried to do our best and win as many matches as possible. I will talk to the club and we will see what the plan is from their side and mine. We'll see.

"Of course I love the club, but I have to talk to the club and see what their thoughts are and what the future looks like. We still have to talk about it."
