Tottenham management are ready to push through with plans of a fringe player clearout.

Spurs manager Ange Postecoglou has admitted he needs to trim his squad before the market shuts.

He said, "I don't have a fixed number of players in my head, but it's fair to say that our team is too big at the moment."

The Evening Standard says Tanguy Ndombélé, 26, and Djed Spence, 22, are two of the players placed on the transfer list.

But also goalkeeper Hugo Lloris, 36, and defender Joe Rodon, 25, are for sale.

In addition, centre-back Davinson Sanchez, 27, and midfielder Pierre-Emile Höjbjerg, 28, can be sold for the right price. The latter is being chased by Atletico Madrid.
