Tottenham have launched a bid for Porto attacker Luis Diaz.

The 25-year-old has enjoyed a fantastic season so far, scoring 16 goals and providing six assists in 28 appearances across all competitions.

SIC Noticias says Tottenham have tabled a €45million (£37.6m) offer that could rise with performance-based bonuses.

It's also said that Tottenham have given the Portuguese side 48 hours to respond to their offer.

Liverpool have also recently been linked with the Colombian international but it's understood that they are not looking to make any signings during the January transfer window.
