Tottenham defender Steven Caulker wants to extend his loan at Swansea City.

Caulker has no intention of returning to Tottenham in January after revealing he is ahead of schedule in his comeback from knee injury.

"I am doing well at the moment," Caulker told Swansea's website. "I am running this week at Tottenham and I'll be coming back to Swansea next week. If everything goes well, I will get two weeks of training under my belt with Swansea and then I will be up for selection. Fingers crossed that everything goes well because my comeback can't come quickly enough."
