Tottenham defender Steven Caulker enjoys playing for Andre Villas-Boas.

Caulker feels he has the confidence of AVB.

"It's good to have an honest manager knowing that if you play well you will get picked," said Caulker.

"I know this is a tough league but I've just got to shell out performances and hope to keep my place. Having the gaffer's trust is a huge positive."
