Tottenham boss Andre Villas-Boas is thinking seriously about signing Inter Milan goalkeeper Julio Cesar.

Sky Italia says the Brazil international has been offered to AVB, who is now mulling over a deal for the shot-stopper.

Inter are willing to grant Julio Cesar a free transfer to get him off their books.

AVB has also expressed interest in Lyon keeper Hugo Lloris - but not at their £16 million asking price.
