Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp says he's reluctant to steam into his players.
Redknapp admits he's had words with David Bentley over the past week.
But he adds: "It's not good shouting and screaming at players every week. It has no effect whatsoever.
"Occasionally, once or twice a year, you can have a blow out, but if you start doing it every week it makes no difference. If things are going very badly and you can't help yourself then you can let off a bit of steam and give them a bit of grief, but it only works occasionally."
