Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino fears Mousa Dembele won't make their Champions League clash with PSV Eindhoven.
The midfielder came off after just six minutes of Saturday's 3-2 win at Wolves with an ankle injury.
He will be assessed before Tuesday's game, with Spurs third in Group B and needing to win to keep their qualification hopes alive.
"We don't know but we are a little bit worried," said Pochettino. "We need to see because we need to assess him on Monday.
"It will be a shame because we hope it's not a big issue.
"It's very painful now but I hope it's not a big issue and he can be with the team again soon."
