Dele Alli is determined to better his brilliant output in his debut Premier League season with Tottenham.
The talented midfielder, 20, has already scored 10 goals and provided 12 assists in 32 league appearances for Spurs after joining permanently from MK Dons in the summer.
Alli admits he only set himself the target of starting 10 times for the North Londoners prior to his arrival but after a campaign that has exceeded even his expectations, the goal is there to grow and build on the brilliant performances he has so consistently produced in 2015/16.
"When I signed, my target was to get 10 starts. But then after I got a run of games, I wanted to get 10 goals and happily I've reached that target," he said.
"Now I can set a benchmark for myself for next season and I've got to set it even higher."
