Torino are pushing to re-sign Leicester City midfielder Dennis Praet.

Praet made 24 appearances in Italy with Torino last season during what was ultimately an injury-hit loan. A second spell in Turin now looks 'more and more likely' as the new year approaches.

Calciomercato.com says the club's sporting director Davide Vagnati has already been working with Leicester and the player's representatives for some time in search of an agreement ahead of the winter window.

The report adds that any deal would likely be a loan move, either with an option or obligation to buy and at a lower sum than the previous asking price of €15 million.
