Adel Taarabt is happy with his lot at QPR.
The ex-Tottenham winger says he is now settled in west London after penning a new three-year contract with the Hoops.
And Taarabt, 23, says his only target is finding a way into Mark Hughes' new-look side following the summer spree.
He told the Daily Star: "I think I have matured as a player and was happy to sign the new contract.
"There have been a lot of new faces, with all the signings, and these are some exciting times.
"I want to be part of that. The club is getting bigger and bigger, with a new training ground and talk of a new stadium.
"Last year our aim was to stay in the Premier League. We achieved that and now we want to progress and improve."
