Stoke City will visit the USA as part of their preseason plans this summer.
The Potters have confirmed they will play FC Dallas, former club of winger Brek Shea, at the FC Dallas Stadium in Frisco, Texas on July 27.
"If there is one market right now where we can develop our own profile, then it has to be America due to the presence of three US internationals in our squad," Stoke chief executive Tony Scholes said in a statement.
Former Houston Dynamo defender Geoff Cameron and midfielder Maurice Edua, currently on loan with Turkish side Bursaspor, are the other two Americans on the Stoke roster.
