Stoke boss Pulis banking on Adam to hit goal trail

Stoke City boss Tony Pulis is seeking more goals from Charlie Adam ahead of tonight's clash with West Ham United.

Adam got his first Potters goal by slamming home the winner from Jon Walters' flick-on in the 1-0 victory over QPR at the Britannia Stadium on November 10.

Pulis said: "We think Charlie is a good finisher and that he should be getting goals. You are hoping that it is another goalscorer in the team and he showed that on Saturday.

"What Charlie needs to get used to is getting up around there, but if we can get him in the final third, I think he will score goals for us."
