Stoke ace Shaqiri slams Puma Switzerland shirts

Stoke City ace Xherdan Shaqiri has slammed Puma's Switzerland shirts.

Puma have apologised to the Swiss national team after holes continued to appear in their jerseys during the Group A stalemate with host nation France.

But Switzerland and Stoke winger Shaqiri has hit out at the shirts and said: “I hope Puma does not produce condoms."

Switzerland goalkeeper Yann Sommer was relaxed about the equipment situation.

"Shirts ripped? It can happen," he said.

"That means it was a fight on the pitch. We had a lot of duels. A jersey can fail. But there were a lot, maybe… Well I can't say we have to change because Puma's great."
