Sporting Lisbon's Pedro Porro is emerging as Tottenham's no.1 transfer target this winter.

Porro is a huge talent in Portugal, with Spurs coach Antonio Conte said to be a massive fan.

Per the Evening Standard, Spurs will now put in much of their winter money towards securing Porro.

The issue is that Sporting may only accept the players' full €45 million release clause.

Spurs are hoping they can negotiate down the fee, or at least pay it using installments.

The 23-year-old impressed when playing against Spurs in the Champions League this term.
