Spurs captain Son dislocated finger in South Korea teammates clash

Tottenham and South Korea star Son Heung-min is said to have dislocated a finger.

The attacker had an altercation with a teammate on the eve of his nation's Asia Cup semi final defeat to Jordan.

Son and his teammates were eating on the eve of the game when tensions flared up between him and a young player.

He took issue with PSG's Lee-Kang-in and their war of words led to a mini bust-up.

Per The Sun: “The row erupted from nowhere. A few of the younger players ate very quickly and left the rest of the squad to play ping pong.

“Son asked them to come back and sit down when some disrespectful things were said to him.

“Within seconds the row spilled into the dining area and players were being pulled apart.

“Son badly injured his finger trying to calm everyone down."
