Southampton are in advanced talks to sign Fiorentina goalkeeper Bartlomiej Dragowski.

Dragowski spent last season on-loan at Empoli.

Sportitalia's Alfredo Pedullà reports the deal is down to the final details and it will be completed next week.

Fiorentina bought Dragowski from Jagiellonia in the summer of 2016 for €2.5m, but went with Alban Lafont last season.

Dragowski, 21, set an all-time Serie A record when making 17 saves in a single match against Atalanta.
