Newcastle legend Alan Shearer admits he's been impressed by Wolves striker Raul Jimenez.

The Mexico international has settled well in his first season in the Premier League.

Shearer said, "I'm impressed with him, he has six goals in the league and if he can score between 10 and 15 goals in the opening season, in a team that finishes out of the top six, then I think it will be a success.

"From what I've seen from him, he has been very good.

"He is a difficult opponent."
