Munir El Haddadi is excited about his move to Sevilla.
The former Barcelona striker was presented to local media on Monday.
"It is a very beautiful opportunity, as [Sevilla] are a great club and I hope to succeed here," said the Spanish-Moroccan.
"Since Sevilla showed an interest in me, I had no hesitation in coming here.
"I have been convinced by the trophies, the fans, [the fact] that they are a great club, and that I know I will enjoy football here a lot.
"[My teammates] are very good players and they are at a great level.
"I hope to work and help a lot, and to be there when the coach needs me."
Munir went on to talk about the Blaugrana's decision to drop him from the squad.
"When I arrived from my holidays, I told Barcelona that I didn't want to renew," he added. "[Ernesto Valverde] told me that he was told by those above him to not count on me anymore," he added.
"I was lucky enough to be able to come to Sevilla sooner [than the summer, where he could have arrived for free]."
