Ryan Sessegnon says there was no way he was going to leave Fulham this past summer.

The England youth starlet was in huge demand after leading the Cottagers back into the top-flight.

But the 18-year-old rejected all advances to help Fulham on their return to the Premier League for the first time in four years.

"I was always going to stay [at Fulham]. I was always focused on staying and playing for Fulham," Sessegnon told the Mirror.

"It's the one club I know. I feel very comfortable at Fulham at the moment, and just minutes on the pitch. I just wanted to play."
