Brentford striker Scott Hogan is set for a massive windfall when he signs for West Ham.

The Sun says Hogan will pocket a sensational £750,000 jackpot when he leaves Brentford.

Hot shot Hogan is poised to move to the Premier League with the Hammers but he shrewdly has a clause in his contract that nets him five per cent of the sale.

Hogan joined Brentford from Rochdale for just £300,000, so he will get a massive slice of the profit as well as his former club who are due 20 per cent.

The Hammers will sign Hogan once they have completed other transfer business and he pulled out of the Brentford game at the weekend.

Hogan will pick up a top salary at West Ham but he collects a large sum when he leaves in a double pay day.
